Liked: It was ok. For the price of the hotel. It should have been a variety of food.
Disliked: The walls are very thin. The people upstairs was juping and being very loud.

A disappointing trip

Liked: The breakfast is pretty good and the pool and gym are well-equipped.
Disliked: To be honest, check-in should be handled well for customers who arrive on time, but they just say, "I don't know if you can check in on time," and make you wait for 30 minutes or an hour. Even when checking in, they didn't explain or explain the basics at all, they just said "You're done checking in." and that was it. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of treatment while traveling. It was very unpleasant. Some of the front desk staff may need to be retrained on how to deal with customers.

We all loved it and...

Liked: We had a baseball tournament so it was very convenient to the fields. It was also bright and clean throughout the whole hotel. Our room was enough space for my whole family and big enough for us not to be crowded.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been a little better. But it was still plenty of options and we ate.
