For the price we paid...

Liked: Room was spacious . The suite was big enough for a family to stay.
Disliked: Breakfast was below average . The staff was not very informative.

Happy Easter stay

Liked: We enjoyed interacting with all of the staff at this hotel.
Disliked: During the week, breakfast ends at 9:30. I noticed many people arriving as breakfast was ending. Perhaps keep breakfast going until 10am everyday!

Passable

Liked: Breakfast offers a variety of good choices, and the location is excellent!
Disliked: We rented a studio suite, and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, with springs poking through the bed. A better mattress could have been provided, considering the room's rental price is on the high end.

Liked: Location was great. Very close to the Parliament building. The food at the restaurant was tasty and the staff was nice.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 days and the breakfast was the same everyday and not much variety. The hotel is pet friendly and our next door neighbors left their dog in the room alone and it was barking very loudly.

Exceptional

A place you definitely have...

Liked: The staff are absolutely exceptional. They even offered a room upgrade at no extra cost mid stay. Best service ever experienced.
