Fantastic stay - great hotel...

Liked: The property was clean and fresh having just undergone a refurbishment. The room was ideal, with a separate living and kitchen area, it was a great size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the ladies on reception heard us singing happy birthday to my son, they gave him a card and a bag of sweets and snacks as a gift which was a lovely touch. The pool area was very clean and well maintained with plenty of shade with cabanas and a great hot tub. We also used the fitness suite and laundry rooms which were easy to use and well maintained. Ideal location for universal parks and just a short trip on the shuttle bus. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: There was noise from the road which did take a bit of getting used to at night, but accept that if you are staying anywhere in this area/International drive - you are close to a busy road! It certainly did not spoil the stay.

Disliked: The bath room had a leak on the roof, water was dripping from it and peeled paint all over the shower floor. Im not sure how facilities missed this, before we received the room.

Liked: Large clean comfortable rooms. Liked the kitchenette. Full size refrigerator. Housekeeping brought fresh towels everyday. Free shuttle to universal.
