Liked: The free shuttle to Universal Studio and Island of Adventure...
Disliked: We had four in our party and we had to always call for extra towels and wash towels. Also when to the breakfast there was very little room to walk around and having a Disability father it was hard for him to get around.

Liked: Elevator didn’t work most of my stayI stayed a week and couldn’t use the elevator for 4 of those days was forced to climb down 72 steps with a 7 month old baby and his stroller and car seat

Liked: The rooms were very nice. I did not expect when I opened the door and went in to see it look how it did. I was pleasantly surprised. It was roomy, obviously upgraded. Everything worpked, good water pressure in the shower. It was upgraded very well.
Disliked: Initially, when I got there, waiting for someone to come to the front desk (which was fine). Only wished when they came to, they would've apologized for the inconvenience (customer svc 101). Need more waffle stations; currently there is only two.

Liked: I loved the room and the breakfast was great with a lot of selections
Disliked: I wish it would have had a hotel pool bar
