On all the stay was...
Liked: I like the ability to enter through the building without having to go through the main lobby in and out very convenient.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the floor that I was staying on which was the seventh was very hot when you got out the elevator also, the ice machine wasn’t working, which I wish it was.

Disliked: Please put real half and half on the coffee bar. Please place instructions in the room for the TV Remote Control and how to find a TV guide for the channels.

Disliked: I stayed at this hotel for a week with my elderly parents, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. Cleanliness is especially important when traveling with older people, but the room was not cleaned daily — something we were not informed about until we complained about the delay. The same goes for towels: we had to continue using the same ones until we specifically requested a change, which also took a long time.When I addressed these issues at the reception, they gave me the manager’s business card and told me to message him directly. Unfortunately, he never replied. I found this to be very disrespectful to guests, especially when a stay like this comes at a high cost.Regardless of the other services the hotel may offer, basic cleanliness and respect for guests’ concerns should be a priority — and in this case, they clearly were not. I didn’t want to write this review, but after seeing that my complaint was completely ignored, I feel it’s important to share this experience so that others are aware. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its standards and communication.

Theee are better options in...
Liked: Location and the size of the room
Disliked: Wi-Fi did not work. I know it was my fault but parking was extra 28$ a day. That took the value out of it. I never stayed at a Hilton that charged for parking. They should include that in the room price. The app to pay for parking wasn’t properly working as well. They originally charged me 100$ more for the room but they admitted to making a mistake and took it off. For a little bit more the Hilton grand or grand vista resort show much more value. I come to Orlando 4-5 times a year I will not stay here again.
