Our stay was great &...
Liked: Free breakfast was better than expected & a real bonus. The location for us was excellent - only 5 minute drive from Universal Studios. Used the free shuttle bus service which saved on parking charges. The kitchenette in the room was useful & we used it to make a couple of dinners.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of for improvement would be to add a few bus services but can’t think of anything else.

Liked: Booked a two room suite in February 2025...arrived June 4 to a one bedroom Was told rhe apace had been renovated since o booked..offered me a room down the hall from my family..had to find another hotel

Disappointing
Liked: It was clean and staff were friendly ish
Disliked: The elevator didn't work we nearly got stuck in the lift. The breakfast is awful, hardly any variation and not enough food - really really terrible. Waiting staff at breakfast were just not interested at allI actually booked this be ause it was a Hilton and a little more expensive thinking we would get a nice stay, I should have booked the Holiday Inn for half the price it is much better

Superb
Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The air conditioner was very noisy and would turn on and off automatically so I would feel hot and cold when sleeping.

Liked: Loved it. People are amazing!
Disliked: The elevator was working and not working! Once stuck for 7 minutes

Love the place and experience
Liked: Everything was amazing: the location, the room, the free coffee jejej its has free parking which its incredible.
Disliked: The room fan was too loud. And even if you turn it off, you could here the outside fan.I slept with earplugs.

Very good
Liked: I liked the lobby, the spacious rooms, I wish there were more amenities like bathrobes or slippers. They respected our request to stay in a floor free of pets. The mini kitchen was perfect for quick dinners, I appreciated the microwave and the full sized fridge.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet needs some vegetables, fruits, and cheese selection, I got tired of eggs and oatmeal every day. One elevator was broken for 3 days, and only one was working.
