Disliked: No hot water air-conditioning is very noisy. Nobody come to fix it.

Liked: Nice room there is a lot of groups using the place and crowded for breakfast. Lack of hot water in shower. Wasnt cold but not great all same.

Disliked: Paying a extra charge of $150 for car parking!!! Absolutely ridiculous and terrible

Liked: Wonderful experience. Staff were best part - very nice. Pretty pool area. Breakfast delicious. We really appreciated the hotel offering the option to relocate when one of the members in our party had to be hospitalized an hour away.
Disliked: Couldn’t close heavier drapes to keep the light out. Carpet was really worn. Didn’t like having to pay to park but we realize this is common for the area.

Liked: Oskar the attendant we dealt with was more than accommodating!! He met each and every need we expressed to him.
Disliked: Had a bit of a problem with our hot water but Oskar fixed it.
