Pleasant
Liked: Location - perfect.Breakfast - ok for the first few days, then it gets boring!!, everyday the same.Room - very good size
Disliked: Hotel in need of a refurbishment. Lift most of the time not working. Broken furniture in room. Drawer doesn't close, need to put something between the drawers. Housekeeping, only a change of towels and most of them don't speak English.

Disliked: There was mold on the celling . The elevators didn’t work half the time 2 where out of service the wait time was long had to use the stairs with bags . The pool closed at 10 .

Liked: The room was nice and the facility was clean. Just wish the parking fee was mentioned in the reservation.
Disliked: Had to pay a parking fee.

Observations
Liked: Location, Breakfast and front desk staff.The Black guy at the Front dest is good on his job
Disliked: The lift takes forever to arrived and the bounce upon landing makes me nervous.The cleaning staff need to pay attention to details. On a day,only the sheets were changed but the floor was not cleaned. Quite disappointing.
