Nice location, easy to get...

Liked: Location, proximity to Disney, restaurants.
Disliked: A couple of things that didn’t go well- at the time of booking it said 2 rooms, one each with double bed. At the time of checkin they gave us one room with 2 double beds. The person at the reception refused to look into the issue and just passed it over with the comment that this is not our issue check with booking.com - very unfriendly and uninterested to look into the problem. Eventually, we received a part refund.With house keeping experiences - not sufficient number of towels were provided for the number of guest we were staying in the suite. Dishwasher malfunctioned resulting in water in the kitchen floor area, took a couple of calls over 30 mins duration to get that addressed.Lastly, AC was at times was not maintaining the temperature.Overall experience turned out to be a compromise for the price you pay for the brand.

Liked: It was clean and well located the staff was so nice I did want to leave room service are very attentive and curious the breakfast was very good every day we highly recommend this location we come to Florida at least 3 to 4 times a a year and this will be our spot every time. Thank you to the whole staff

Liked: We absolutely loved staying at this hotel and we would absolutely stay again. The only issues I ran into was one we had to ask for towels & wash cloths our entire stay because we were short everyday, and also parking. The rooms were spacious and clean. My girls loved the pool and the water slide. We loved breakfast and the many options they provided.
