I was glad to have...

Liked: I liked that the room was set up like a studio. Very comfortable and open. It was also very clean, and I was excited knowing that I had a stove to cook for my daughters. The stove is the reason why I originally selected this location. Two items we were looking forward to and did not work were the hot tub and the stove. But other than that, the staff around the facilities were really nice and very helpful. I am sure that I this is not the normal so I do look forward to staying here again and maybe I can give all "exceptional" grades.
Disliked: I did not like that my stove did not work. Maintenance had to come check it out the second day and the front lid was broken maintenance just advised me to use the one in the back. No other concern on the staff's end manager didn't even call to check on us. The night before when I was trying to make my girls some soup and I could not get the stove to work the person at the front desk just told me to use the microwave, but I had not bought microwave items. There was no urgency on their part. Or maybe I just did not make enough noise.
