We’d not stay there again...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Bathroom had fingernails on floor. Like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Also, Staff was not friendly or helpful at the front desk. Specifically the lady working at our checkout at 11 am…Asking her for two water bottles was like asking for a free night stay. It was ridiculous. Also, upon checkin we weren’t offered the early checkin option until later. The breakfast crew was nice but they weren’t replenishing the food as they ran out an hour before breakfast over??? Then we saw the staff put food on plates and take to back leaving guests without food. There were many guests that showed up to eat after 9:30 and had to walk away because no food left!!!

It’s where we go to...

Liked: When I emailed staff we didn’t need our room cleaned they promptly took care of it and kept us up to date. It’s the little things that make this a go to for us when visiting family. Can always ask front desk advice and they are so spot on…we will be back
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect!
