Liked: The breakfast selections were good. Staff was excellent in their assistance, very cordial, friendly.
Disliked: Only two elevators. One was inoperable. On my second night the elevator went out. After coming in from being out all day it was No Fun having to walk up six flights of stairs at age seventy three! I spoke with manager the next morning about this horrible incident and asked for some compensation of some sort. Have yet to receive it. The parking was terrible. Having to pay for parking which is limited is not acceptable. I ended up parking in the fire lane for two of my three nights.

The good outweighs the &...

Liked: The room size of room was just great! The room also included a full kitchen (stove, microwave, big refrigerator, etc.) which is extra nice since most hotels don't offer that amenity. Also, the cleanliness of the room was great! Definitely appreciated this.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking $10 per night even though there are multiple signs around the property saying hotel guest get complimentary parking. Also, the hotel is right beside a major highway which is very noisy. And only one elevator was in service causing more delays to get to your room.
