Overall beautiful area and hotel...
Liked: The rooms felt like a studio apartment Matress was comfortable so many hotels are choosing mattresses that are way too softLove how the shampoo and conditioner is attached to the shower walls
Disliked: Breakfast could use bacon option daily Three days never had it Also plain scrambled eggs instead of omelets all the time Hash browns would be great

Our stay was comfortable and...
Liked: Convenient location. Awesome room. Free breakfast.
Disliked: Made several calls to obtain a conference room for a celebration. After 3 calls and a call back the day before we were due to arrive we were told the conference roomWas under renovation. If we were told this when we first inquired it would have made things a lot easier to obtain a location for our celebration.

A very good experience.
Liked: Close to Newport. First class facility. Reasonably priced.
Disliked: The bed pillows were useless. Much to soft. Hotel tucked in the back off of the street. More identification would help.

Middletown hotel
Liked: Spacious, clean room & quiet, no outside noises. Comfortable bed, nice big walk-in shower.

Liked: Very friendly at check-in and housekeeping was very pleasant. Very clean, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Wish there were regular scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong,. The gentleman that was cleaning the tables and the breakfast area wasn't very pleasant. It was like you were in his way. Wish there were bigger bath towels.
