A Good Option for a...

Liked: The front desk clerk at check in (Merg) was wonderful. The single EV charger, which we were luck to claim, was modern and functioning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: A bit out of the way and the area surrounding the hotel was filled with old derelict industrial buildings. Only a single EV charger so not good if we had been the second EV to arrive. A bit of a drive to restaurants for dinner. Did not think the overall value was high.

Liked: It’s fully renovated and the staff was so kind it’s a huge hotel the walk sucked lol but having that much space was amazing in the suite with 2 rooms !!0
Disliked: The free WiFi should work better I feel like there shouldn’t be charged internet at a hotel especially for the number of people who have extended stays in the area or working from the location due to be military dislocate or more

Liked: We have been at this hotel 4 times now. Location is perfect for us
Disliked: There were some crumbs on the carpet. A bit stingy with supplies.

Disappointing

Liked: First of all when I did the reservation, they charge me in my car and then when I arrive the person out the front desk say my payment wasn’t went through and then he charge us again and when I check my statement from the bank, it was totally charge for the amount when I did the reservation so he charged us again the first name the room was OK. Second night they didn’t clean the room. We’ve been our towels. We didn’t have enough toilet paper. I called them from desk. He say he will be bringing me more towels and toilet paper and he never did. I was no happy at all. I’ve been in the hotel before and everything was nice but I don’t know what’s going on. I think they changed personal. I don’t know what it is but I have such a bad experience this time. Sorry that I have to say that, but that’s the truth.
