I am very picky

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous; modern and well appointed. It was really nice to have a full breakfast from 7am-10:30 so you could sleep in; great night's sleep. Lovely little kitchen w/refrigerator, stove top, microwave.
Disliked: NO! I loved it all.

GREAT STAY! Location was close...

Liked: Location was close to attractions. Very easy to get an Uber. Staff was friendly. Facilities was clean. Best part was every other day maid service. Late-check out to 1 PM was the added value. It was much appreciated as well.
Disliked: The only downside was the homeless close to the building. It did look like some were drug users. That was the only draw-back for this location. I would still stay here again though.

Loved the hotel not the...

Liked: Friendly, efficient staff
Disliked: The walk from the corner to the hotel is very frightening due to the large population of homeless on the sidewalk. Our final night there we had to walk in the street.

Excellent vacation stay to be...

Liked: Very nice, clean and adequate accommodations. Glad to use the washer and dryer, although 2 of 3 dryers were down. Exercise room looked nice, but I got my exercise getting in triple the amount of steps I usually get in! Breakfast was very good, lots of options for any taste or preference. It is a busy hotel, but it was not hard to get seated. I felt very safe and well attended to by the staff. Great team, all around.
Disliked: Environs (completely outside the control of the hotel), had homeless and drug users, but this is par for a good part of the city.

Liked: Great location! We were able to walk to all the theatres, Times Square, and Hudson Yards. Near subway stations and Penn Station for when we wanted to go farther. Wonderful free breakfast with large variety. Kitchen with full fridge in unit.

Liked: Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay: Location excellent, Times Square, Empire State Building at walking distance , Breakfast was very nice, staffs are very helpful, room was very good, kitchen nice , I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South for 6 Nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located, clean, and offers excellent amenities, but what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality.A special thanks to Ms. RAHIMA AFROZA, the manager, who went above and beyond to make my extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, warmth, and consistent care made a big difference. Whether it was attending to requests or ensuring a smooth experience, her presence was reassuring throughout.Highly recommended for both short and long stays in NYC. Will definitely return!
