Liked: Will definitely stay here again! Beautiful, clean, very roomy, one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, complimentary supper and breakfast. What a great place to stay. Already recommended it to friends in Biloxi ,Mississippi : )

Liked: My husband and I were very happy with the hotel. We were looking for a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen because we are both vegetarians and weren't sure if Louisiana would offer enough options. That's why we wanted to be able to cook for ourselves. The kitchen was great—there could have been a few more dishes, but it was fine for us. The hotel is very centrally located and everything was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and reliable and happy to help. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms once because I hadn't booked for the entire stay from the beginning. But here too, they accommodated us and made it as easy as possible for us. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Coffee was also available free of charge in the lobby throughout the day.
Disliked: We had no complaints.

Liked: Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a lot of choices. The swimming pool was clean and decent size.

Liked: Great location and rooms are a great size and layout, also the balcony is nice when it’s cold outside
Disliked: Air conditioner vent blows on the whole balcony which it’s Louisiana so come on people

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful...

Liked: We were upgraded to a 2 room suite over our one room and were very pleased. The kids were able to play and we were able to move around and get things done without them being under foot. The kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and full size refrigerator. It was supplied well. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating from the onset. They were very happy to offer assistance in things to do and the best way to accomplish them. Not too far from the French quarter, within walking distance if you so choose and there are restaurants close by as well. Looking forward to another trip to New Orleans in the future and would definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: Parking garage not onsite, so with children we did decide to use valet. A little inconvenience mixed in with the convenience of it all. Have to pay for parking regardless, $30.00 for parking garage, $55.00 for valet, plus taxes and fees.
