Liked: Location was close to everything I wanted to see.
Disliked: The pull out bed was springy and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Disliked: Not good at all on second dayI left my room at 8am and was gone all day got back at about 10pm went to my room to find ALL of my belonging was removed from the room by the hotel I went to the front desk to ask what's going on and why was my belonging was the very nice young lady at the front desk started researching and she found out that my check out date is is Thursday 21st and didn't understand she then called housekeeper and spoke with the manager and she said that all my belongings were in her office and nobody can explain or understand why was my stuff removed from the room I am a honors member for years and have never encountered anything like this and I am very disappointed and upset about this situation I checked out today and still nobody can explain to why my belongings were removed from the room

Liked: The hotel needed some cleaning.
Disliked: Not only was it dirty, we did not get a room until 2 hours after the check-in time. Below is the picture of mildew in our shower it was light pink so you have to zoom in to see it.

Great Hote and Location; Need...

Liked: This location is very close to Bourbon Street, the red line street cars, and canal street. There are many options around for dinner, music, and sightseeing.
Disliked: The housekeeping never came to clean the room are replace our towels. I asked on the first day for extra towels and for the trash to be taken out. We never received service for a three day trip.

Liked: Some workers are very nice and the location is great
Disliked: The hotel needs to clean better , they clean the rooms every 2 days , a lot of dust on everything, bathroom tub dirty needs to be updated , when my room did get clean they put the same covers back on the bed , dirty covers and pillow cases and a roach was in my room . Another thing I went to this hotel with a big group of people , around 10 people and everybody room was different prices and it is a $300+ holding fee when you get to the hotel . We had a lot of issues with changing room because of cleanliness. When we first got to the hotel, one of the hotel workers charge one of my family members for a different family member room, which was a different price and basically couldn’t do anything to change it. Just hold the other family member to reimburse the other family member for the money that they run out wrong.
