Great Hote and Location; Need...

Liked: This location is very close to Bourbon Street, the red line street cars, and canal street. There are many options around for dinner, music, and sightseeing.
Disliked: The housekeeping never came to clean the room are replace our towels. I asked on the first day for extra towels and for the trash to be taken out. We never received service for a three day trip.

Over all location and staff...

Liked: Some workers are very nice and the location is great
Disliked: The hotel needs to clean better , they clean the rooms every 2 days , a lot of dust on everything, bathroom tub dirty needs to be updated , when my room did get clean they put the same covers back on the bed , dirty covers and pillow cases and a roach was in my room . Another thing I went to this hotel with a big group of people , around 10 people and everybody room was different prices and it is a $300+ holding fee when you get to the hotel . We had a lot of issues with changing room because of cleanliness. When we first got to the hotel, one of the hotel workers charge one of my family members for a different family member room, which was a different price and basically couldn’t do anything to change it. Just hold the other family member to reimburse the other family member for the money that they run out wrong.

Liked: The staff.
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated. The stains on the curtains need to be worked on.

1st time in the Nola

Liked: I like that the hotel was 5 mins from Burbon street and they offered breakfast. Staff was A 1 clean rooms and lobby. Loved the kitchenette.
Disliked: My room was not serviced 1 time. I asked to have full service everyday. Didn't happen. I just had to find someone to give me towels everyday and asked a young lady to empty out garbage.

Liked: Clean room, very helpful staff, good breakfast, and excellent location for walking the French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Bathroom a bit dated - shower didn't drain well and no fan

Disliked: hotel is popular and getting a lot of wear will need some upgrades soon. breakfast is below average in quality. hotel doing this due to inflation and number of patrons the hotel can accommodate. its a big hotel for giving a free breakfast to 100s of people.
