Excellent will stay again

Liked: Great location we were able to walk or take the bus everywhere. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Great value.
Disliked: My only complaint was the breakfast. Specifically the cooked food. Didn't compare to the other food in New Orleans but wasn't too bad.

Liked: I was able to check in early , self check out for snacks because staff was busy at times. I liked the building was locked at a certain time.

The overall start was amazing...

Liked: The convenience of the location was a plus we were a 5 minute walk from Bourbon St and Canal! There was a corner store 8 mins down the way and it was just an overall great location! Great staff Ava’s very clean quarters!
Disliked: We were awakened to construction on the 3rd floor where we stayed . And I hated the long walk to the room. We stayed on the complete opposite end of the hall from the elevator which was terribly inconvenient for me.

Liked: New Orleans is a cool place maybe.
Disliked: Staff at the hotel was rude and unhelpful. My room 228 did not have a working television. Half of the lights and power outlets did not work. In my room. The hotel also charged me 3 days for valet parking even though I did not have a vehicle to valet. The staff was not helpful at all with my fraudulent charges. Stay here at you own risk.

Liked: I love the customer service.... Very quiet rooms, no noise, the pool was nice and clean, the ball parking was polite, the room was clean and neat.... I would recommend this hotel to anyone they deserve a 5 star ⭐

Disliked: The staff and room were excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the bugs and flies near the breakfast area.
