Liked: The from counters day manager was amazing and resourceful.
Disliked: The cleaning staff were lazy any only did the bare minimum. The NEVER mop floor, vacuum… on day the cleaning lady cleaned my mirror with the same rag as my bathroom mirror and sink.

Liked: The location was great. The concierge were wonderful. The hotel was comfortable. Simmie the GM was great and professional.
Disliked: The front desk representative was non empathetic. Just kept saying our reservation was canceled. Told us our reservation was canceled and told us to contact Booking.com even though we had a green confirmation. Luckily,the GM Simmie was there and took care of us!!

Liked: The hot food was hot the cold items cold Food not as tasty as it was 2 yrs ago when we stayed there
Disliked: The room was dusty especially the fan!! toilet not cleaned well . We stay at this hotel for the kitchen but only had one small pot and one med sized skillet On prior stay there were lots of things to cook in .Day one asked for ice bucket got it 2 days later no detergent for dish washer had to buy my own no dish towels got them 2 days into stay after I went to front desk because no one ever brought them to the room Many of the housekeepers did not really understand English

Liked: The breakfast was better than expected with hot menu items as well as the typical Continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! They helped with a few requests right away and everyone was very professional and kind. Great location, just at the edge of the French Quarter and Downtown.
Disliked: We had a problem with the electronic key to the room. The battery ran out so we couldn't get in. But, the technician arrived in about 10 minutes to replace the battery pack and then no further issues. The cost of parking was more than expected (Booking.com listed $44 per day, but it's now $48.)
