Great hotel!

Liked: This place is great! The staff is really nice, clean hotel, very clean rooms, just all around great!
Disliked: We liked everything, no complaints.

Now looking for the same...

Liked: The spacious room was indeed a delight to experience, offering ample space and comfort. It was furnished with a range of amenities designed to enhance your stay. The bed provided a truly restful experience, contributing to a good night's sleep. The selection of toiletries was made with consideration for the environment. Recycling options were conveniently available, promoting sustainability. The overall ambiance of the room was quite pleasing. These thoughtful details contributed to a positive and memorable stay.
Disliked: The only thing that seemed missing was a hot tub.

Great room. Larger than most.

Liked: Nice staff. Nice pool, good breakfast. Oneof the better stays i have had. The room.is big. Full sized fridge was nice. Family of 5 and we had plenty of room
Disliked: The pull out coach has a very thin mattress. Not very comfortable. Ended up just having child sleep on it as a couch.

Exceptional

Nice stay but not worth...

Liked: I believe we stayed here before but did not really like it then either. But, the receptionist staff are all right, check in was smooth. However, we requested foam pillows which were being placed in the room when we got there, just not on both beds! Good thing I brought my own pillow. The pool was a good size but there were only two towels when we went down to use both the pool and fitness center. Although the fitness center has some good machines and weights, a key machine was out of service. The room was spacious enough but the whole place needs updating and better beds as well as better lighting. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants as well as the universities. All in all it was a pleasant stay, just not work the money.
Disliked: The beds were really hard and although there were 2 foam pillows placed as requested, our whole family is allergic to down. We had 4 people staying in that room---good thing I had my own pillow. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything next door. I can't say there was much I didn't like, it just wasn't worth the money we spent.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! The front desk clerks were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and beyond what I expected.
Disliked: Nothing!

After staying there 3x and...

Liked: Nice property. Nice rooms. Close to Utica University where our son goes.
Disliked: Absolutely no insulation between floors and walls. You hear EVERYTHING. You hear every step above you and in the hall. Seems like they cut cost when building. In a previous stay we had to change rooms because of loud music and smell of weed on the floor. Front desk said that locals stay on the weekends with friends and have their kids play in the pool. It’s a shame because it’s a nice hotel.
