Liked: Location
Disliked: On the day we arrived, we were informed that the hotel had oversold our reservation. We were sent to another hotel, farther away from the main Broadway area, and our room was located right next to a train line. My wife couldn’t sleep, and our entire trip was seriously affected.

Great place, great location.

Liked: The room was clean with plenty of room, bed comfortable, the shower was great. Good choices for breakfast. The hotel is just about a 10 minute walk to the main strip. I felt safe the entire time. There is a parking lot across the street or they have valet parking. The valet parking is a little cheaper than the one across the street. Once we parked we only used our car once, you could walk to everyplace. I would stay there again.
Disliked: The front desk could not give us any good ideas for a day trip, they stated they were not familar with the area outside of downtown.

Disliked: The room we booked was not what was allocated on arrival. This was resolved by the reception staff.

Liked: The location was great..in walking distance to many attractions. The hotel was clean and quiet.
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel was not easily identifiable.

It was not very good...

Liked: The friendly staff and it was pretty clean but could have been better
Disliked: It was very noisy. The breakfast was very appetizing and Milk each day was sour. Like it was left out the cooler for a while. The price of the valet parking was way too high. So I had to park a long block away which was a tough walk for any older person.
