A beautiful unforgettable ocean view...

Disliked: The fitness center equipment is very very old to the point of not working and being rusty. The water park area is treated so heavily with chlorine to the point it was difficult to enjoy being in the hot tub because our eyes were burning so much just from being in the room. An outdoor spa/hot tub would be great like the hotel next door. The most unpleasant experience was being ambushed by a salesperson trying to sell us deals for packages while we were just trying to enter the hotel lobby as soon as we exited the elevators. We assumed we were being greeted due to hospitality and didn’t even have time to realize we were just trying to be pitched a sales pitch to until it was too late. We felt deceived and the interaction was very unpleasant. We also didn’t like that she tried to use the Trump Plaza hotel as a selling point in her sales pitch and then she got defensive when we told her we were not interested in that. After that, it made me want to consider never staying in a Hilton hotel again. I would prefer to not be approached by a salesperson pretending to be hospitable in order to get more of my money while I’m trying to enjoy my vacation in peace. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and hostile rather than hospitable and cozy.
