Exceptional
Liked: The location! Beachfront and we walked everywhere we needed to go while in Myrtle Beach. There's so much to choose from with the Continental breakfast and it's all so good. The staff was so nice and accommodating. I will be back!
Disliked: The elevators are a bit slow, but not a show stopper. This is a big hotel that has many people staying here, so I am not surprised.

Definitely would come back to...
Liked: Everything was at least 10-15minutes away, close to the beach and the property itself was organized. I loved how safe and secured everything was , you couldn’t get anywhere without your room key and it feels good to know that not just anyone can roam around the property.
Disliked: Went to the Bar at exactly 9:52pm and the bartender said she was closed ( bar closes at 10pm) she wasn’t interested at all in serving us a drink but was helping someone else. Didn’t like that about my stay felt bad about not being able to buy a drink and sit at the bar with my friends.

Great hotel for kids ,...
Liked: Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming.
Disliked: A few things appeared worn ( soon time for new carpet and bedding ) but the biggest concern is the shower curtain rod in all 3 of our rooms were hung incorrectly and the curtain drifts to the center allowing water to spray all the floor. I had to call for extra towels 3 times ( I can’t imagine how this isn’t damaging the floor under the tiles)Housekeeping didn’t seem happy and most didn’t even say hello.

There definitely needs to be...
Liked: Everyone was so friendly and rooms were clean and very nice .. complementary breakfast was fantastic
Disliked: Pool was freezing (the whole reason we got the room was because we had our grandchildren and they could swim) lazy river had comfortable tho and two of the three hot tubs worked but was to crowded cause that was all everyone could do. Overpriced for the holiday (Memorial) and we had to listen to thumping music til 2:00 am cause there is no noise ordnance. Couldn’t sit on balcony in the evening to enjoy the ocean front room cause of too loud of music .

Meh. Would never pay that...
Liked: I liked that there was a little indoor waterslide and tiny lazy river. I liked that it had direct beach access so you didn’t have to walk very far to get to the beach.
Disliked: There were many things lol but I’m not going to ramble here. They have an “indoor watermark“ highly hyped up so it was disappointing to actually see it. Also, while you’re in there (which is also where the indoor pool is, you are not allowed to have a cooler with you. So, I brought one with my kids snacks and some juice (nothing adult like), and was told that we couldn’t have it there. Honestly, at this point we had already been there for a couple hours so we just left. The fact that you can’t have your cooler is NOT on their rules list, but on a tiny almost nonexistent sign across from the rules on a tiny plaque. Next and most important was that they do offer valet parking, but apparently their policy does not allow them to drive a manual transmission, so my husband had to park it himself anyway. Lastly, while the food is good, their buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired and the room design around it too. In so many seats you were staring at peoples butts because they were right there next to you getting something to eat. They do have a small outdoor area to eat but the doors are extremely heavy and there is nobody around to open it for you if both hands are full (like have a coffee in one hand and food in the other).
