Clean room, nice property but...

Liked: The room was nice and clean
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing, my husband went down at 9:45 on Easter Sunday and there was not much there my grandson was still sleep so I stayed with him. He came back with a banana & an apple he said there was no sausage or bacon, potatoes, no wafer mix just oatmeal, cereal & fruit. He came back to the room thinking the lady would refill stuff but she never did. I asked him why didn’t he ask her if she was going to refill stuff and he said he didn’t because looked very hateful. So we didn’t get to eat breakfast.

Disliked: Noise free room. My toilet was out of order the whole time I was there. Running toilet constant. Informed front desk several times. Sent staff up on Saturday he states it was just a flap stuck. Not true noise continues. Couldn’t sleep well due to noise from toilet. informed staff a third time on Sunday morning staff she states it’s not an urgent issue, and can only give me 10,000 points on my next visit, and bottles of water. Not urgent how dare she say that. Comfort and cleanliness is upmost important. Also, 2nd floor hallway meets guest with stinky odors front trash can in the hallway. Why keep trash can in hallway. Guest should be responsible for throwing away there personal trash properly. Finally key badge doesn’t work properly to go into the pool area. guest would have to get up from there relaxation to open gate. Gate gets stuck.

Clean, comfortable, and enjoyed breakfast

Liked: Very clean, breakfast was good, offered eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, can make a breakfast burrito with eggs, hash browns or cubed potatoes, and shredded pork. Also offered grits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, OJ and apple juice. Stayed for 4 nights. No room service during our stay, we just went to the front desk for fresh towels or to replenish toiletries. Close to all attractions. We had a great stay.

Disliked: Lack of carts to transport our luggage, we had to do it ourselves (we are in our upper 60s). Only cleaned 2 times. NOT enough towels. The ac unit didn't function properly. Height of toilet was too low.The worst part was the NON COMMUNICATION between BOOKING.COM and the HOTEL. They did not have our extended reservations from your organization and attempted to have us checked out 2 days early. We had to provide the confirmation and the amount we already paid. This is definitely going to affect any future travel plans with booking.com.

Liked: Very clean, staff was nice, breakfast was really good with a variety, the bed was a little firmer, the pillows definitely needs to be firmer, other then that it was a great stay, and the location very convenient! I would stay again.
