Liked: Inside understaffed, rooms not ready waited entire hr and a half for 3 pm reservation, hallways full of garage, receptionist Zay not understanding of your 3 party booking.com site, and very unprofessional with rebooking a reservation…
Disliked: Rooms not fully cleaned, entrance full of upset customers waiting for assistance

Such a waste of money...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: So many things. The breakfast was trash. I called down for extra pillows and a blanket and they were all out of them,she said she could maybe find me a blanket but I would have to come down and get it since she’s the only one working. The pool had so much chlorine we didn’t even bother using it since just walking in burned your eyes. There was always trash in the hallway that smelled like dirty poop diapers. The neighbors were so loud running around I’m pretty sure they were having a birthday party there. They’re was a cup of oatmeal dumped over on the table by the elevator for the entire 3 days we stayed. All of the garbages outside were over flowing. The conditioner was detached from the wall in the bathroom and empty. It was so expensive to be that bad. We will never stay there again.

Our stay was OK, but...

Liked: I liked the location as it was close to where I needed to go. I liked the setup of the rooms that were divided into two separate areas with two queen beds in one area and a pull out couch and kitchen in the other area. Good for a family.
Disliked: The breakfast was lackluster. Not a very good selection. Some of the food, like the eggs and sausage were cold. Hashbrowns were soggy. Most other hotels have a better breakfast.The main problem with this hotel was not the accommodations or the staff, but some of the guests. During our six day stay, the fire alarms went off four times, once because a guest decided to smoke pot in a room and started something on fire. The fire department showed up. Other guests thought it was a good idea to bring their sound system to the pool area and blast rap music for all to hear. The pool was shut down because the same group of guests overwhelmed the pool area and the steps into the pool were ripped out. So no pool or hot tub for ALL of the guests. Maybe this is typical of how things work in the suburbs south of Chicago and the people who visit this area, but it seems like a certain segment of guests acted in a very entitled, lawless, loud and careless manner, disrespecting their fellow guests at this hotel. I think this has more to do with the area that the hotel is located than with the hotel and its staff.

Liked: Clean and nice decor. Love that checkout isn't til noon. No rushing to check out
Disliked: Bathroom and shower lights were very dim. Had to go downstairs to get sheets and blanket for fold out couch. Only pillows were in the bag.
