Disliked: I didn't like that the pool wasn't open but that was because of covid. Other than that I have no complaints

Liked: I will keep anything positive I have to say about this facility to myself. My business does not matter to them and neither does yours
Disliked: I gave them two months notice that I needed to be able to get high speed internet sufficient to support zoom. I was willing to pay but I needed it to be reliable. That is just bandwidth >= 4mbs. I followed up with them twice before check in. They assured me I would have it and that I would be able to plug in with Ethernet. Epic fail. No Ethernet. Bandwidth was only good on This night. Fri-Sun.was horrific. Put my livelihood in danger. Reached out to General manager Frank Hill who ignored emails and voicemails. It took Hilton corporate over a month to respond to my complaint. The lack of basic professionalism by their management team is egregious. If they had responded promptly they would have had my respect and a chance at my future business. They gave me some points, but that is little in exchange for the networking opportunities I lost. I have already booked with Marriott for my next conference. Perhaps they will treat me like my business matters to them when there is a problem instead of hoping I give up on my complaint and only taking the most minimal steps to rectify the situation after a month has passed.
