Disliked: Super expensive and the breakfast was well below average. There were no allergen signs (with no gluten free food). They had frozen gluten free bread but no toaster. They expected patrons to use the same toaster as regular toast! Never had breakfast although included. When I mentioned this to the front desk they told me it was normal. Yikes …

A Realisation of Excellence

Liked: We received excellent service here. We came on a road trip with our children from afar, and the front desk upgraded our room, allowing us to enjoy two nights of higher-quality sleep. We are very grateful for this and look forward to staying at this hotel again next time.
Disliked: There are two minor drawbacks: firstly, although there are Walmart and some shopping centers nearby, due to the proximity to the railroad tracks, some roads cannot be crossed directly and require detours. Additionally, the nearest subway station lacks an elevator, making it inconvenient for wheelchair users and guests with strollers. Secondly, despite signs prohibiting diving in the pool, there is no one enforcing this rule. When we brought our small children, several families with older children were diving there for about 30 minutes, forcing our little ones (and some other little ones) to stay in the corner of the pool.

Liked: Staff were all very friendly helpful and kind. Pool was clean and rooms very neat and clean also. Great location, parking is a bit steep tho should be free with your stay. Breakfast is really good quality and enjoyable!
Disliked: Room fees a bit over the top, would love to see more affordability for families and free parking. Pool hours should start earlier for the early risers 9am feels late, 7am is better.
