Staff was great, but the room was not very clean (needs to be refurbished).

Liked: Room was not very clean; drapes were dirty; kitchen chairs were peeling. Only a window AC.
Disliked: Drapes had a stain; kitchen chairs were peeling (pleather material).

Liked: Breakfast was good. Beds were clean and comfy.
Disliked: Room smelt like mildew, a few roaches, freezer needed a new seal (things would melt and re-freeze). Furniture was old and worn out.

It was a last minute...

Liked: The inside of the building was very nice for the most part and the staff was amazing.
Disliked: The parking area was scary to me unless you park right in front of the building. The room had a dirty remote, smelled like wet clothes, the view wasn’t what I’m used to, the bathroom had a piece of the wall missing, and the curtains appeared to have been snagged on something. But other than that the stay was amazing 🤩 the staff was phenomenal

The place is very clean...

Liked: The location was great for our event and it was clean. I didn’t like that our room was not ready to be checked in when we arrived at 5pm. The elevator was broken the staff said it had been broken for 2 weeks. The furniture was out dated, and they have let the place run down. The refrigerator.was broken but they did change our room.
