Liked: The property is in a nice/safe location. The staff was nice.
Disliked: First, they double booked us into another person’s room after returning key twice due to it not working. When we finally able to get checked into the room, the bed/sheets looked as if it never made or cleaned properly. The pillows were thrown around the bed. We could not adjust the temperature. It was set at 72 our whole entire stay. The sink also contained dirty dishes that were in before our arrival. Also, the toilet would not flush. Lastly, we went to the front desk to retrieve new towels and they gave us an hour wait. The second time we asked for clean towels we were given dirty ones. I do not like leaving bad reviews on companies because it gets hard on everyone and I like showing grace on people who are trying, but this was ridiculous and I would not recommend to anyone in their following stay.

Liked: The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from on the breakfast menu. On day 2 they were out of some of the condiments but I under stand things happen. The breakfast staff could smile more and act the part. They were not rude but not morning people I assume.
Disliked: I would stay again so nothing i did not like.

Disliked: Significant deferred maintenance and lack of complete cleanliness.
