Excellent stay and would highly...

Liked: Great location and easy access to public transport
Disliked: The pool was out of action so had to travel to sister hotel

I will never stay at...

Liked: It was clean and fancy
Disliked: Did not have enough towels and wash clothes and when we asked for more they told us no. Gave us 2 each for 3 adults! They would not discount parking for not having enough amenities and was very rude. Called the main office and they were even more rude.

Excellent location and comfortable room

Liked: Location is very good. The room is very big and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Complementary dinner on Wednesdays.
Disliked: The breakfast is ok, but they close at 9:30, so have to be mindful. Refill of food or drinks is very slow.

Average location

Liked: Good sized room. Location was ok, but we would have been better to have been in the city. There was a small shopping centre nearby where food and drinks could be purchased.
Disliked: Location was ok, however we didn't realise until the last day of our stay that there was a free service called the Metromover that could get us into the city and was only a short walk from the property. The staff could have been more helpful in offering this information at check in, as we used Uber (obviously at a cost) to get into the city/wharf area to do the activities we wanted to do.The room was very dark inside, and our first night an alarm went off in a building beside us and wasn't silenced for about 2 hours.
