Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall

My stay was very pleasant...

Liked: The bed is very comfortable and room was very clean.
Disliked: The construction that was going on with building a new building being built next store. Just got my car clean and it was filthy from all the debris. Even though there was no control over that but maybe some signage or additional parking.

Felt so safe and comfortable...

Liked: This stay was awesome. The hotel is sooooo clean and fresh. Rooms are immaculate. The breakfast is great, a wide variety to choose from each day. The staff are niceeeeeee. Shout out Mario from the Kitchen and Jefferey at front desk. Close proximity to Dolphin Mall which I love. Homewood I hope you keep up this good work. Would highly recommend when going to Miami.I I don't even usually leave reviews but this is one for the books. LOVE IT!!

Great for what we needed...

Liked: Room was as expected, clean and decorated well. Staff were friendly and the facilities were good. Towels were replaced daily. Whilst there was no washer/dryer in the room, we were able to wash our clothes in a laundry room on the third floor. We did not use the gym or pool but both looked great. Hotel was a short walk to Dolphin Mall, and a thirty minute walk to Miami International Mall. We didn’t attempt public transportation this time around and used taxis for long distance trips. Uber ride to Miami International Airport took around 30 minutes and cost around $25. Similar timing/prices to get to Little Havana or Brickell.
Disliked: The only feedback I would give is regarding the free breakfast options. This is a matter of personal preference as I am dairy-free and gluten-free, though I eat eggs and most meats. Whilst generally good, it would be great if the hotel breakfast could also cater to people with dietary restrictions. It was difficult to get oat milk for my morning coffee two days in a row (one day they had it in the kitchen and the next day they didn’t). I also did not see any gluten free bread/baked good options at the breakfast buffet. Not the biggest deal as we ended up ordering groceries from Target to the hotel and made our own breakfast two out of three days. To be honest, not a lot of the restaurants we encountered in Miami had dairy or gluten-free options listed on the menu, which is unusual given that America is somewhat ahead in terms of availability of these products.
