The room was nice and clean.. Also the front desk lady as very nice. Really enjoyed the stay will definitely stay again and recommend.

Disliked: Nothing was bad at all.

Decent hotel,price was ok, but...

Liked: The location is good for what we needed. The size of the room is nice. Being there for a week we wanted a little more space. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fine and adequate for what we needed. It might have been nice to have another chair for the table.
Disliked: We were here for 7 nites. The breakfast the 1st morning was great, after that it went downhill. Never enough food as more people came in and got very repetitive. Ran out of drinks as well as food. This needs work. Part of why we stayed here was for the breakfast and by day 5 and 6 we didn't really bother to go. I think with some changes this could be nice again. The shower was an issue. The small foot stool was falling off the wall. The shampoo holder had fallen off the wall. We understood that full cleaning was only every 2 days which was fine, we could trade in our own towels....however, one day we got more toilet paper from the front desk and after we left the cleaning folks came in and they took our extra roll...we had to go get another one....WOW. They would leave clean towels but not wash cloths...it was random. No indoor swimming pool...bummer.

Liked: It was very bright and colorful. The breakfast is amazing and the suites are a perfect size for my family.
Disliked: I stayed here the previous year and I was unaware of the hold that would be placed on my cared for incidentals. The cost increased. So that was a little surprising.

Liked: Highly disappointed. My family and I did not receive our room keys until after 12 AM. Yes 12 AM. It was such an inconvenience. The poor staff had to walk each customer to their rooms due to the key system being down ,which made visitors/customers have to wait until the front desk staff come back down from taking people to their rooms. this was a huge inconvenience. I was in town for a gathering, and I was late due to me having to wait for someone to let me in my room. The first room that we received smelled horrible so we had to go all the way back down to the main lobby to check for another room. The second room we had was not entirely clean. The bathroom was dirty as well as the fridge, but at the time it was too late to find another facility to stay at.☹️☹️☹️
