The room was nice and clean.. Also the front desk lady as very nice. Really enjoyed the stay will definitely stay again and recommend.

Disliked: Nothing was bad at all.

Wish everyone was like Jordan...

Liked: First off all, I enjoyed a handful of the staff. Jordan was amazing, Sabrina was amazing, Tyler was amazing, Jensen is great, he just started, Daryl was amazing, he did the breakfast and it was always hot and in time. The rooms are a great size and beds are comfy. ( sorry if I spelled any names wrong)
Disliked: The manager Michelle, terrible!!! She lacks hospitality and yet works in it. She called me a liar and as a guest with proof in a picture form, and video makes it that much worse. The guy Jen or Jean from another property who came to fill in, just dumb and really should not be in hospitality. Being locked in your room for over 18 hours is wild to me. I could not leave it i would be locked out of my room. The door needed new batteries or a charge, and i was given a new key as if that was gonna open my door. Once he realized it wouldn't, he said he would call someone. That was at 3pm... nobody came until after 9am the next day. However I had to complain 2 more times, and it came as a surprise to every employee in the next shift. I had already changed rooms once due to nonsense. Something broke in my room, and I complained. After a WHOKE WEEK, it was never fixed. This place is a circus. Not a great place if you want to relax or be stress free.

I liked the location.

Liked: Location. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The wifi was bad and there was no-one who knew how to do anything about it. I was told it was probably because I was on a side of the building that got bad reception and to use my own phone as a hot spot. There should be a better resolution than that. The hotel advertised free wifi that I wasn't able to access completely.

Liked: Although this hotel appears to be a gem, the service i received was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival i was greeted with a smile and assured that i was going to have an amazing stay. That feeling escaped once i got to my room to notice the toilet was backed up. I immediately called the front desk to inform them of the matter and was informed that the clerk was the only one at the front desk and she would see what she could do. The evening passed us by and the following morning approached and still no solution. After 3 trips to the front desk i was finally able to get some assistance.
