Disappointed

Disliked: My father died suddenly two days before my trip to visit my son and his family. With all the commotion I didn't call until the next day. I was still charged for the room. I offered to send them a copy of the death certificate for verification but was told I would not be refunded. I use this hotel every time I visit my son. This would have been my fifth stay. Very disappointed.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable, shower was nice
Disliked: Breakfast was a little cold, room wasn’t ready at check in time, the lights by the outdoor pavilion were left on all night which made our room bright.

Liked: I liked the location for why I was in Madison. I liked all the lighting in the room. Too many times the rooms are under lighted. I liked how quiet the motel was
Disliked: Breakfast was so so. My coffee was luke warm. The engilish muffins were dried out. The cereal choices were basically for kids.
