Disliked: Hotel charged me for my pet ,I stayed in so many hotels but nobody charged ,I booked it because your website was saying pet friendly .This is totally stupid

Disliked: The front desk asked what my support animal does. Every time I come to Lubbock the ppl are just so rude. No where else in tge continental US (aside from IL) do I get treated so poorly. Then because she chose to spend her time worried about my support animal she failed to tell me when the breakfast was or the wifi or actually anything. Plus I feel she gave me the most uncomfortable room/bed they had. I would not return.

Disliked: Ac didn’t work well. Loud barking dog next door and the hotel is dated.
