Great visit at the Homewood...

Liked: We enjoyed the staff. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The property was clean and very comfortable. The location was centrally located.

Wonderful grounds and amenities, good...

Liked: The rooms and overall grounds were nicer than in the photos and the rooms were super spacious.
Disliked: They had to close the pool because there was a large group prior and they needed to shock it. Unfortunately we booked specifically for the amenity of the pool so it was very disappointing. The staff made it up to us and I think in the future they will let guests know ahead of time if that happens. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful and very comfortable.

We would stay here again...

Disliked: Treadmills worn out

Liked: The property inside the building was clean.
Disliked: Outside the building is bad, it looked like the ghetto. I would recommend a different area.

We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: Super friendly staff, clean beds and rooms, kids loved the pool.
Disliked: There is no parking for the property included in the stay. You have to pay to park in a coordinating lot around the hotel.

Good location but hotel not...

Disliked: We were led to believe there was parking at the facility when in fact we had to pay an additional $28 per night for parking. We also requested a suite which all the pictures in the ads lead you to believe there is a wall with door separating the bed from the rest of the suite. There was not. Made for a very poor sleeping arrangement.

This is our go to...

Liked: I love this pet friendly property! Spacious rooms, comfy bedding, great showers, and very good breakfast!
Disliked: I wish there was a more pet friendly grassy spot to walk, but the location is downtown Louisville so it is a cityscape.
