Disliked: Deposit is way too high and paying for the parking is absolutely ridiculous when you park in the street.

Liked: Called before booking room about checking in at 2pm and was told yes then 5 mins later the same person said no. They could not find my room I reserved, pillows were flat as hell, shower head pressure too high, female employee was rude

Liked: They have to fix the doors.. it was hard to open and close. Our room has balcony door and gate, also same it’s too hard to use. The toilet seat is broken. However, the room is clean and comfy.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was by far the worst I’ve encountered. Everything had stains the couches and the pillows including the walls and ceilings. Definitely was not expecting such a run down dirty room for the price we paid. Very disappointing
