Liked: Shuttle service to LAX was convenient and a quick ride. Front desk gave us two fans when I complained about our air conditioning not working.... Better than nothing I guess. The room was large.
Disliked: Apparently we were put in a room that did not have working air conditioning....although I wonder if all the rooms were not working?? Because climate controls operate on a motion sensor, we did not realize it at first, but even when in the room with it on full blast it never got below 78° which was horrible to sleep in. At close to $300 a night, that was completely unacceptable and anyone reading this review should be very careful about choosing this place. The front desk guy tried to make it sound like they had some rooms that had really good AC but there were some floors that didn't work very well which is ridiculous... For that kind of money you can stay in many more places and actually get a decent night's sleep.

My Family and I had...

Liked: I really like the Hotel this is my 2nd stay. My issues one staff member was very rude, short and down right nasty. Several appliances in both my rooms never worked especially the AC/Heater I reported it to the rude front desk but she never called like she said she would. At night it very noisy like construction or repairs were being done and it was hard to sleep. The Manager was an Angel every time we saw her. I will stay again maybe that clerk will have another job and the noise will be none or minimal.

Liked: The beds were big and comfy and the room was very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. The shop was convenient for my late-night cravings and the staff were friendly and accommodative!
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
