Nice hotel with easy transfer to and from airport

Liked: The spacious room and the amenities
Disliked: We tried contacting the hotel after our stay about our sunglasses as it was left there but nobody pick up the phone. Even when picked up, only to be transferred and then hung up

dissapointing one day stay while in transit from Tahiti to Mexico

Liked: airport transport was great
Disliked: initial room was cold -3 attempts by maintenance man to turn on heat failed-tried a different room -failed also- finally a heater was provided in second smaller room --this worked-- prossess took over 3 hours
