terrible!

Disliked: How stuff talks with people who don't speak very well in English . They very rude , especially Donovan person. I called to hotel and asked some question and he said " OH, MY GOSH ! YOU ARE STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND" .If costumer calls and asking simple question, please can you answer that question nicely!

Great! Will stay there again...

Liked: Breakfast was grab n go because of COVID-19. Great variety in bag. Apples could have been fresher. Location was good for us but walking anywhere in heat was not good for anyone without a car.

Overall great. Friendly staff, room...

Liked: We loved the location and the room size. With a family it is important to have a refrigerator available and this was great.
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. My family did not like the grab and go bag with oatmeal and bagel. We had to go out and get McDonald's nearby. Also we wanted to use the Shuttle to the strip and was not available.

Liked: They don?t have breakfast and no utinsil in my room I need to call to front desk to ask paper tissue and the sofa bed is really dirty .
