Exceptional

Liked: The front desk concierge was very friendly, polite and attentive. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was warm and inviting.
Disliked: The breakfast left very few options for those who are lactose intolerant and didn't want a sugar and processed food laden breakfast (cheese scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, etc). Not great choices for those with sensitive stomachs.

Receptionist was very nice, rooms...

A NIGHTMARE

Liked: Location, suite, breakfast.
Disliked: Had to pack and change rooms three times; without a tv first 16hrs of my stay (was told twice mgmt would contact me about compensation, but received no call); fire alarm malfunctioned for hours; on third move I was placed in a hearing-impaired friendly room. I informed front desk I had a medical condition and was extremely sensitive to the flashing lights which could result in a medical emergency- was told I would receive a call back, and no one called or checked on me.

Disliked: The front desk person charged me for the room x2 with out asking even though we payed for the room I advance. When I asked Hermon why he saidI did not tell him it was through booking, that was a complete llie. Showed him the booking so he could find my resvation.took 5 days to get me my money back. Have never had a hotel charge my card with out asking.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was good and spacious clean
Disliked: I did not have internet for the TV to watch any entertainment channels..no one came to check when I called front desk...also didn't have all the kitchen ware pots dishwasher was broke

Very nice hotel but housekeeping...

Liked: I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast each day.
Disliked: The counter of the kitchen was dirty, the table was sticky, and the floors were dirty. I felt like nobody actually cleaned the room before we stayed there, just made up the bed and stocked towels.
