My stay was meh

Liked: Price of room was not good , location is Lansdale , not downtown Philadelphia! And it was just a Friday night. Parking in lot was awful , too many cars and trucks , had to circle several times
Disliked: Breakfast was awful, could not get to coffee , because several young women were taking a very long time to get their drinks and then making a mess getting sugar etc took more than a few minutes , very entitled! Should have been monitored !

Pleasant staff

Disliked: I had booked a handicapped room but the bed frame in that room was broken. We only found out when we were ready to go to bed.We waited for maintenance to come and they determined the bed frame was broken.We were moved to a smaller room but were given no discount for the smaller size and inconvenience. I have mobility issues and walk with a cane. Moving from a bedroom with ample room on either side of the bed, to one where you have to inch along sideways between the mattress and the wall with a cane was challenging.
