Disliked: no ice machine in second floor , wifi password doesn't work

Liked: It was close to shopping and our event. The breakfast wasn't bad.
Disliked: The room was stuffy, and the a/c unit in the bedroom seemed like it didn't work. The toilet had no telling what, all on the outside of it. I had to clean it, and it came off. The blanket smelt like a dog and looked like something clawed on it. Thankfully, we had our own blanket. My 1 year old doesn't like to keep his shoes on, and just from him walking with one shoe off for a few minutes, the bottom of his foot was black!! The carpets are dirty!!

Front desk clerks were exceptionally...

Liked: Great variety at breakfast every day. Staff were very helpful in every encounter. Room/suite was very clean and spacious. Top notch fitness center.
Disliked: The only down side is that we were hoping the pool would’ve been in better conditions to swim.

Liked: Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, kitchen, microwave, fridge
Disliked: One of the kitchen cabinets was missing a handle, the tap in the kitchen was not firmly in place, so it was rotating when tying to turn it on or off, the pots were very stained, and the paper towel we found in the room had stains on it. The sofa bed was also missing the fitted sheet. Many little things that seems to have been overlooked.
