Room was very clean; maid left extra toilet paper and towels for 4 people each day which we appreciated since we had a handicap shower and we got the floor wet. She cleaned our utensils too. So friendly in the breakfast room also. Everybody smiled and said hello.

Disliked: Remote control for TV was not working.

Liked: Very kind staff. Guadalupe and Aurora greeted us on the first day and made sure we had everything we needed. On departing day,they helped us bring my luggage down when a cart wasn't available. The food at breakfast was a great selection,kind staff too.
Disliked: People smoking right outside the hotel was a nuisance. The trash cans should be a little bigger as our daily trash piled up fairly quick. More luggage carts around entrances as they should be available for all hotel guests not just those by main entrance.

Disliked: Hot water was out for a day and staff did not seem to worried about it. Feel should have been credited something. The last time I stayed there the heater in the room quit working took a long time to get it supposedly fixed but wasn't.
