Room was very clean; maid left extra toilet paper and towels for 4 people each day which we appreciated since we had a handicap shower and we got the floor wet. She cleaned our utensils too. So friendly in the breakfast room also. Everybody smiled and said hello.

Liked: Went above great service; best hotel; will definitely return.

It served the purpose of...

Liked: Location, location, location. Proximity to Indian Wells Tennis tournament. Walking distance to optimize tennis.
Disliked: While breakfast buffet was fine, the hours were very limited. Closing breakfast at 9am when the hotel is sold out with tennis fans doesn’t make sense. Maybe they can start later than 6am if they can only do limited hours. At the prices they charge during tournament week maybe they can do special breakfast hours.
