Superb

Exceptional

The staff was very nice...

Liked: It was clean, location was good, bathroom was nice and looked to be newly updated.
Disliked: Had a full kitchen but no silverware, ottoman in the room needs to go, it was useless and water damaged and just plain ugly, breakfast wasn’t very good. The fabric benches in dining area were stained and filthy.

Disliked: Power was out so we couldn’t have breakfast or use most of the facility

Nice for a week away...

Liked: Excellent area, close to restaurants and/fast food, Walmart Target and other shopping places, without the congestion. Nice park close by. The new speedway was another attraction.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Staff were very helpful. We went in the room and it was clean.
Disliked: I think the price could be a little cheaper. And my refund for the room could be quicker.

It was okay…it could have...

Liked: The staff was very nice, the room was very nice. Even when the power went out for the entire day, they remained accommodating.
Disliked: We asked 3 times for our room to be clean. The first time the day before-the power was out and no one could do it, understandable. Then the houses came at 9am, we told her please come back after 11Am. The third time was after I arrived at 2:30pm, the front desk assured me we were on the list to be cleaned, so when we arrived at 11pm and our room was not touched I was extremely upset.
