Great value for our family.

Liked: The room setup was perfect for our family of 5.
Disliked: Cable was out and the pool was closed. We didn’t know that in advance. However, the staff was accommodating and willing to cancel our reservation if we chose to as a result.

Disliked: WIFI and Cable were out

It was decent hotel, not...

Liked: It was close proximity to where I needed to be.
Disliked: The pool/spa are out of service, my room had a malfunctioning ac/heat unit issue that was known prior to them placing me in the room.

Liked: We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect.

Disliked: We booked the hotel because of the pool and hot tub. My son was on spring break and wanted to swim. We were headed to the Air Zoo 4 miles away the next day. When I booked online nothing alerted us that this was not the case. When we arrived they had a note on the front desk. Because I booked through a 3rd party.(Third party did not have this listed) I was unable to cancel. The lce machine was down so we couldn't keep our drinks cold. March Madness was on and we couldn't watch it because the tv kept going out. We asked the staff and they said there was nothing they could do. They had satellite tv and due to the wind that always happens.

Disappointing

Liked: Booking.com advertised a pool. Their pool was closed. The elevators did not work. We booked through the site and we were given a fourth floor room that we had to use the stairs to get to. Waiting to hear back from booking.com about a refund.
Disliked: No pool. Broken elevator. Wasn’t told either of these at checking until we had checked in. I wouldn’t have accepted the room had I known the elevator didn’t work and there was no pool; the only reason we wanted a staycation!
