Bad
Liked: Pool was nice.
Disliked: Had to wait at the front deck for 20 minutes until someone checked me in. The shower was gross because of leftover hair need drain area. The fan in the room seemed like it was going to fall and was loud.

terrible
Liked: We had to switch rooms at 1 am because pullout did not work. Then was lied to. Said no more rooms. Then 45 minutes later a different room. made us go back up before we recieved keys for next room. Really not ok. We have stayed 5 years and this made us not want to come back. I should be returned some money it was so bad.

Passable
Disliked: No Housekeeping during my three last nights stay. No receipt even when i have requested the invoice throught the Booking plattform and directly in the frontdesk of the hotel at check-out time.
