Not good service

Liked: Location
Disliked: I never saw something like this, there was NO towels. We use the dirty ones. I call the lobby so many times, they said yes there somebody on the way, we wait and wait call back, the say the same thing. I went to the lobby and there is nothing. They were no clean towels.

My stay was great if...

Liked: What I loved I loved the location cause that was my first time there and I really don't like to drive places and staying there I didn't have to move my car. Everything was walking distance and me and my daughter loved it. It was her birthday and she always wanted to go to the cheesecake factory it was easy to find and walking distance . So for us it was a lovely location and lovely place to stay.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great!!!

Disliked: Of the three desk clerks I spoke to, two were very un-friendly. The third was very nice.My room was ok. The sheets did not have a fresh scent. When I went to the two windows to close the blinds, I found the sheer curtains shredded on both windows.Not what I expected for $ 150.00
