Liked: The hotel is new; clean and well laid out.
Disliked: The location is in a pretty high crime area of town. Also, Jackson has been having a water crisis. I felt the hotel should have provided bottled water in the rooms.

Liked: Cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in and the King suite is appointed so well with its kitchenette and bathroom that made my wife say wow, very comfortable!
Disliked: The breakfast left a bit to be desired

I wouldn’t stay here again....

Liked: Location was convenient to the Highway.
Disliked: Rundown. The first room we were given we couldn’t get into because of a faulty lock. Then they moved us to a room across the hall that had mold and a huge fan drying us out. So then they moved us back to the original room which meant we couldn’t leave because the lock was faulty. There were holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder had been moved, the bathtub was gross and there was a hole in the couch cushion.

Disliked: The breakfast. It was hardly any food at 8:30 on a Saturday morning.

Liked: Great hotel with lovely staff. Bed was so comfortable and rooms were huge! Happy hour between 5 and 7 was fantastic too!
Disliked: Breakfast is average
