No complaints. Great welcome by staff on arrival - friendly, efficient and courteous at all times. Room was spotless; spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast included. Would definitely recommend for any length of stay.

Liked: Suite was very nice and so was location. Hotel itself was very nice. We just had the suite which was a long walk to lobby for the free coffee.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better.

Liked: Location was great. Your staff was also great.
Disliked: I have stayed at Homewood in Syracuse and I remember a much more comfortable mattress. Pillows were too soft. One small bar of soap was inadequate.
