Liked: Clean, welcoming, lounge very inviting
Disliked: Prices of upgrades with no transparency. The surprise when checking out was not good. The manager was far from being nice but was also arrogant. It is a good thing the hotel had what I wanted. Otherwise, I would not be back

Disliked: no bathroom door, bathroom light effects sleep if partner wakes up to use bathroom light hits the bed!room near elevator made noise all night clanking terrible for sleeping!

Liked: Clean and friendly staff. Location was nice too. Lots around to est/do
Disliked: The room. In the middle of the night there was a weird noise coming from the vents. Also pillows and beds were not comfortable

Liked: Everything! Close to John Wayne airport and freeway entrance. I love the underground parking garage and the access to the elevator. The front staff is always so nice!
Disliked: Hmm nothing. Everything was perfect!

It was nice.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and the room was great, and very clean as always.
Disliked: Something probably unchangeable. Whenever my guest and I stay here we can always hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above our room.
