My two friends and I came to stay in Indy for a concert at Hi Fi. We got there at 8pm. The staff was super nice and we got checked in really fast. Went to the concert and came back, and ordered food from the restaurant next door. The food was amazing. Our experience overall was really good!

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: No hotel parking.

The hotel is awesome and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Liked: Nothing. It’s gross and dirty. Lied about a hot tub.
Disliked: Lied about a hot tub. Over charged. Downgraded my room and charged me the full thing. For the more expensive one.

Disliked: The air in the room wasn’t great at all but the fan helped.

Disliked: The view out our window looked like a scary movie with the next building being so close and old and worn out, we now you can’t help that, but a view helps the stay, you have to keep the shade pulled down the hole time with that kind of a view, that was the only negative thing!!!

Liked: Location was good, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you were planning to attend an event at either of the stadiums, this hotel is very close. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The A/C wasn't working properly in our room. They provided a fan and then gave us a different room that was much cooler. The room was very clean and perfect for our party of 3 adults and 3 children. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.
Disliked: There was really nothing I would find fault with the hotel interiors. The exterior needs some attention. The entrance and sidewalks are a bit shabby and need a refresh.
