The ladies at the front...

Liked: We love staying here for a variety of reasons to include the location in Providence, the extremely hospitable staff, and the overall quality of the hotel.

Filthy bedding. Would not allow...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Needs updating. Moved rooms due to bugs and filthy bedding. Multiple stains. Would not allow late check out and I asked a week in advance.

Liked: The location is perfect whether you want to walk to restaurants or shops nearby or take a short drive (less than 5 minutes) for more variety. The front desk was extremely helpful especially the lady working the night shift. She was so courteous and extremely helpful.

First time having a bad...

Liked: I've stayed at this hotel several times and I've always had a great experience however this time, it wasn't the case. It's a great area to rent any hotel within the area. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The hotel carpet is horribly stained throughout the hotel. There was a roach in the bathroom the morning of checkout in which I informed the front desk staff. The guy was extremely apologetic and assured me that the room would be cleaned and I'd receive bonus points I'm which I have yet to receive. I never complain much, but this hotel is nowhere near the way it used to be. For the price I pay for staying here, it doesn't match the hotel quality like it used to. The decor is outdated, and the carpet needs cleaning really badly. I hate to have to leave this review but it's all true. I was told that the hotel will be remodeled and upgraded soon so I look forward to that.
