Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff incredibly helpful, especially Clair
Disliked: Surprised the hotel doesn’t have a bar. To be fair, we didn’t check, just assumed.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was hot, 77 degrees. Maintence came out the next day and said it needed to be replaced. He told us to let him know when we leave and he would come replace it. We told them around 4 we would be gone all afternoon for a wedding. They said they would send someone. No one ever came. We got back to the room late and no one let us know before 11:30pm our only option was moving rooms. We were checking out the next morning and it was too late to try to move everything. We paid $350 for a hot room.
