Liked: OMG. We had to bookMy daughter a room close to the hospital. I explained to the manager what was going on. “Trina” the assistant manager was amazing. She made sure my daughter was taken care of. She was super kind and accommodating. I love outstanding customer service.

Good hotel but disappointing administration.
Disliked: Booked and paid with booking.com but double charged by the hotel. Several attempts (messages to hotel, phone call message to hotel sales department) failed and I have not got my money back yet. Hope somebody will finally get in touch and straighten this out.

Room overpriced for value rendered.
Liked: The staff that prepared the buffet did an excellent job. All seemed to care if you were satisfied with the food and how it was prepared. Selection of food items was very generous and never lacking.
Disliked: Room layout was unusual. Shower needed a good steam cleaning. No sink stopper. No info on the hotel, amenities or TV channel listings. Was told to park on 1st floor if available if not then on 2nd or 3rd. Parked on 2nd floor since most of the 1st was for Publix customer parking. Parked on second but was confusing on how to get back to the front entrance.

New Mattresses, Excellent stay! Parking...
Liked: The Hotel was replacing all their mattesses and the new mattresses were excellent picks and extremely comfortable.
Disliked: There wasn't any bacon on the buffet. There wasn't good communication from the manager about when our rooms would be available due to the mattresses replacement but it was well worth the wait. Check in was at 3pm. We were finally allowed into our rooms at 4pm. Parking was also kind of confusing. There isn't enough signs to show where hotel guess can stay. Or information how to safely make it from the garage back to the hotel.
